Luxury homes perhaps 40,000 upwards. But it is all depends what is included in the price and what the architects’ drawings tell the builder. Always remember, the lowest quotes may not always be the best and could be potentially disastrous. We do not know at this stage, as we do not have all the facts to make any assumption.
