I am retiring to one bangkok condo for sale Pattaya in June. This is often split between buyer and seller on new condos, though is generally considered the buyer’s responsibility. Please name and shame this place. Some reputable condo owners will pursue that unlawful behaviour through the Thai courts. Maybe for a a while but it became unlivable due to all of the bove factors. Was it worth it? Air BnB has ruined many a fine establishment. Where is this place?
