I stayed here for 3 nights from April 25-28 and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I’d booked a king room and was upgraded despite the hotel being full to a higher floor and also got given a family room as when I checked in they only had twin beds left so they asked if I minded a family room! It was fine for just me. The receptionist actually walked me to the room to ensure there were no feathers (as am allergic) really good staff, everyone I met was really helpful.
Amazing shower and water pressure, really nice bathroom and nice touch having some free bottled water in the mini bar. It is great to read that our recepionist took an extra effort in regards of your allergy. I used the spa also, they had a 150min package on offer and it was amazing. Although we are very proud of all departments and staff members and our service is a collective effort, it is nice when individuals are singled out so many thanks for that. Radically lower? The seller is inflating his price. Talk to your real estate agent about short-term and long-term price trends. Is the area getting hotter or did the bubble recently burst? You should also see how much you can find out about previous offers. Why were they rejected? Have there been any? How long has the home been on the market and how does that compare to others in the area?
Construction: Does the house have good quality construction? Plumbing: Has the plumbing been properly installed? Is there any evidence of leaks? Is it in good shape? Heating and cooling systems: Are the units in good shape? Is the flashing properly installed to protect wood, are there any rotting problems with the wood, is the roof in good shape or will it need to be replaced soon? Will they need replacing soon?
